Asharu Digital Hub · for Indonesian SMEs · Prototype · Waitlist
Turn daily business activity into content and portfolio that builds trust.
Asharu Digital Hub helps SMEs research ideas, compose content, review quality, prepare publication, and turn business activity into a reusable digital portfolio.
Built for Indonesian SMEs with AI-assisted workflow and human approval.
Product status: early prototype
This page describes the product direction. The workspace is a prototype and not open for public signup. Pilot interest can be shared via the form below.
Real constraints faced by SMEs
We design around common time and resource limits.
Limited time
Daily operations take over, so content is rushed or delayed.
No marketing team
Owners double as admin, cashier, and content maker at once.
Hard to find relevant ideas
Ideas stall on price promos without research and activity records.
Inconsistent communication
Tone and facts shift per channel, making the brand hard to recognise.
Projects are hard to document
Finished work passes by without tidy records to show prospects.
Posts vanish
Social posts sink within days instead of becoming durable assets.
Unsupported-claim risk
Exaggerated claims or missing context can erode buyer trust.
Workflow: Research → Compose → Review → Publish → Portfolio
Five connected stages. Each step stays editable with human approval.
1. Research
Understand the business profile, audience, products, activities, seasonal moments, and customer questions.
2. Compose
Create briefs and channel-specific drafts from business context and voice.
3. Review
Check clarity, consistency, duplicated ideas, excessive claims, missing context, and brand fit.
4. Publish
Prepare ready-to-publish content: tidy export and scheduling preparation. No auto-publishing.
5. Build Portfolio
Turn activities, evidence, and approved content into structured portfolio entries.
Differentiator: Content-to-Portfolio pipeline
One business activity yields many reinforcing assets, not one disposable post.
Business activity → Work evidence → Content brief → Reviewed draft → Ready-to-publish content → Portfolio entry
Illustrative example (not a customer claim)
A catering business completes a 300-guest order
From this single activity, the workflow can produce project documentation, a behind-the-scenes story, a short case study, a service portfolio entry, and a project summary for future proposals.
- Project documentation post
- Behind-the-scenes story
- Short case study
- Service portfolio entry
- Project summary for proposals

Responsible AI, decisions stay with you
AI speeds up the work; it does not replace owner judgment.
- AI assists research, organisation, drafting, review, and repurposing.
- Owners remain responsible for facts and final approval.
- Every AI suggestion stays editable before use.
- No automatic publishing without a clear approval action.
- Do not enter passwords, API keys, banking data, ID numbers, or confidential customer data.
- Claims without evidence are flagged to be completed, not published as-is.
- AI output can be wrong — always check before approving.
- This product is an assistant, not a replacement for business judgment.

Frequently asked questions
- Is this an automatic caption generator?
- No. It is a content-operations workspace: research, briefs, per-channel drafts, quality review, publish preparation, then portfolio. Each step is editable and needs approval.
- Does content auto-publish to Instagram/TikTok?
- Not yet. Publish currently means ready-to-publish preparation (tidy export and scheduling prep). Any direct integration still needs explicit approval.
- How does AI protect my business claims?
- The review step flags unsupported claims, missing context, and brand mismatch. You add evidence or revise before approving.
- What happens to the pilot form data?
- The form only validates and prepares a message to official contact. There is no automatic storage and no silent third-party sending.
